IntegrationManager Versions

This section is for PFX only

In this section you can define which versions of IntegrationManager can be used when upgrading or creating new IM instance. This way you can control that, for example, a 'develop' version is not used in production.

To access this section, you need to have the Versions Management permission.

The options are:

  • AWS/GCP Bound Infra Version – Informs you which cloud provider and which version is bound to the particular IM version. This plays role in migration scenarios. The field can also be empty.

  • Is Transition – Using this checkbox you can mark versions which cannot be skipped when upgrading.
Example: You have IM 3.5. There are two higher versions: 3.6 (Is Transition = true) and 3.7 (Is Transition = false). When you want to upgrade from 3.5 to 3.7, you need to go to 3.6 first (as it is marked as transition). Version 3.7 is not even offered as an option in this case.

  • Allowed upgrade AWS – If checked, this IM version can be used when upgrading in AWS (cloud provider).

  • Allowed upgrade Hetzner – If checked, this IM version can be used when upgrading in Hetzner (cloud provider). Upgrades in Hetzner are supported up to IM version 2.6.
Starting with PlatformManager 1.52.0, Hetzner can no longer be used when creating a new IM instance.

  • Allowed new – If checked, this IM version can be used when creating a new IM instance in Hetzner.

  • Create in Kubernetes – If checked, this IM version can be used when creating a new IM instance in Kubernetes (AWS).
