Navigation - Common Actions
To navigate within PlatformManager, you can utilize the application menu, table menus, and row menus. Most tables in PlatformManager, such as partition lists and account lists, are customizable to fit your specific needs.
Application Menu
To access the various parts of the PlatformManager application (such as Account, Marketplace, Workflows etc.), use the nine-dot icon at top right. Each item in the menu has also an icon allowing you to open the section directly in a new tab.
Table Header
Available on right-click in the table header:
Sort ascending/descending – An alternative way of sorting, next to clicking the column header which also changes the sort order. A blue arrow in the header signals if the data is sorted ascending or descending.
Clear sort – Cancels the used sorting.
Auto Fit All Columns – Changes the width of all columns according to their content (as opposed to doing this manually by dragging the column width).
Auto Fit – Changes the width of a given column according to its content.
Expand All / Collapse All – In the Integrations table only. Allows you to display/hide all row's details. In addition, you can save this view in Preferences.
Filtering in Tables
When filtering in PlatformManager tables, you can make use of the following operators:

General Setting
Available after clicking the cogwheel icon at the top right:
Select fields to display – Allows you to define which table columns should be displayed and in which order.
Preferences – You can customize the view of tables in the application and save the changed view as a preference. The layout customization can include: column order, column display, filters, sorting, column width, expanded/collapsed rows of the Integrations table. You can define multiple preferences for a particular table and switch between them using the menu at the top-right. These preferences apply to the logged in user only.
Save changes – Saves changes to the currently selected user preference.
Save as new – Saves a new preference. You can also set the new preference as your default one.
Reset changes – Cancels the unsaved changes.
Manage preferences – Allows you to select a default preference or delete a preference.

Row Menu
In tables, the row menu is always displayed in the first visible column, even after columns visibility/order changes.
