How to Create ISV Connection

Follow these steps to create a new ISV connection:
Step 1: Navigate to ISV Connections
Go to Account tab > ISV Connections (requires the
ISV Connections - edit
permission).Click the Create Connection button in the top-right corner.
Switch between General, Vendor and Pricefx tabs and fill and save the required information.
Step 2: General tab
Fill out the required fields in the General tab:

Partition | Choose the partition you want to connect from the dropdown list. The partition must have the required information assigned in Salesfx. Ask the responsible person to fill it in." |

After completing the General tab, click the Continue button (or Save in case you are editing the existing connection).
Step 3: Vendor tab
In the Vendor tab, you can view vendor-specific details for the ISV connection, the channel and SFTP settings. All values (except password) are loaded from Salesfx based on the selected partition in the previous step.
The Channel ID and Base URL values are sent to the Pricefx partition upon saving the dialog. Values are stored in JSON in Advanced Configuration Options under the isvConnection_pages
option. When the ISV connection is deleted, the configuration is removed from the partition's Advanced Configuration Options.
Channel Configuration
Field | Description |

Channel ID | A unique identifier for the channel. This field is required and must match the identifier used in the vendor system. |

Base URL - Collaborator | The base URL for the Enable’s Collaborator. |
Resend to partition button | You can resend the configuration data (Channel ID and Base URL) to the Pricefx partition using this button. If any channel parameters are updated in Salesfx, click the Resend to Partition button to ensure the connection reflects the latest settings. |
SFTP Configuration
Field | Description |

URL | The SFTP server URL used for data transfer. |
Port | The port used for SFTP communication. |
Username | The username required to authenticate with the SFTP server. |
Password | Enter the password for the SFTP user account. |
After completing the Vendor tab, click the Continue button (or Save in case you are editing the existing connection).
Step 4: Pricefx tab
The Pricefx tab provides configuration settings for the Pricefx SFTP server, where the files from Enable to Pricefx are exported and displays the Pricefx SFTP server address and the port for SFTP communication. Allows you to copy the server address to the clipboard easily.
Users
The table displays the list of users who can access the Pricefx SFTP server.
Existing users are displayed in the Username column. You can edit user’s credential by opening three-dots menu > Edit.
Clicking the Add User button opens the Add User dialog, where new user credentials can be added.

Allows you to create a user who will have access to the Pricefx SFTP server. Below are the fields available for configuration:
Username (Required): Enter the desired username. The interface adds a prefix based on the connection name.
Password (Required): Set a password for the user. You can toggle password visibility using the eye icon.
Fingerprint:
Displays the SSH key fingerprint information for added keys.+ Add SSH Key button: Use this button to add an SSH key for secure access.
Click the Add button to create the user and apply the configuration, or the Cancel button to exit the dialog without saving changes.
Step 5: Email Notifications
In this tab, you can configure email notifications for data transfer results between Pricefx and Enable for the specified ISV connection, allowing you to receive alerts, such as when a data transfer fails.

Add another e-mail | Allows additional email addresses to be added for receiving notifications. |
After making any changes (this also includes removing a notification by clicking the red trash bin icon next to the E-mail field), you must click the Save button to apply these changes.
When all required fields are properly filled and the settings are saved, you will receive an e-mail notification every time a data transfer is completed with the specified result.
