Prerequisites | You have prepared a clean data to upload. PlatformManager does not check the data in any way. |
Steps:Â
Create a new IM instance.Â
Go to Account > Integrations and click New IntegrationManager.
Select Create New Instance and fill in the fields (as described here).Â
After you click Submit, your request is processed. This may take a while.Â
When the request is completed, you are notified by an email notification.Â
It contains all the details about the IM instance and SFTP port which you will later need.
Configure connection to your partition.Â
Go to Account > Integrations > your IM > Connections.Â
Click New Connection and fill in the form (as described here).
Name needs to be pricefx, Type is Pricefx Client and the remaining details depend on your partition setup.ÂTest the connection using the button at the bottom.Â
Once the IM instance is enabled and the connection works, you can deploy an Integration Template. Some templates may require additional setup, but that will be made clear during the template deployment.Â
A good template for validation (which is often done early on in project implementations) is Import CSV from FTP to Pricefx.
After deployment of templates, you may want to use the monitoring of your IM instance (in Account > Integration > your IM > System Health, Records, Log File etc.).Â
