How to Create SAP C4C Connection

Aim of this article

Explains how to create a connection for SAP C4C. This is needed when working with Integration Templates intended for SAP C4C.

Steps:

  1. Go to PlatformManager > Account > Integrations > <integration-name> > Connections.

  2. Create a new REST Basic connection.

  3. The SAP C4C Account should be a Technical Account created from Communication System and Communication Arrangement (see below).

Set up “Services Used” by this technical account. For example, if quotes have to be updated from the integration templates, the salesquote services have to be set to be not “read only”.
