SAP C4C - Create New C4C Business User Account

Steps:

1. Log in and select Launch HTML5.

   Open

   

2. Open Administrator. 

   Open

   

3.  Go to General Settings > Employees.

4. Click New Employee.

5. Fill in the employee details and save it.

6. Go to General Settings > Business Users.

7. Select you new user and click Edit Attributes.

8. Make sure User ID matches the SSO username.
   Click Save.
   Click Edit Access Rights.

9. Select the Copy from User action.
