New Features and Improvements
Improvement Description | ID |
---|---|
In PlatformManager, it is possible now to request activation/modification of a specific Calculation Engine. This request goes subsequently through an approval workflow. This way Pricing Scientists and Configuration Engineers get more flexibility, as they can activate the engine or change its parameters without contacting Pricefx Support. | PFIM-5795 |
The step setup-pricefx-optimization-engine has been deprecated and replaced with a more generic step named setup-calculation-engine which can set up job trigger images of other types (not just optimization engine). | PFIM-5796 |
It is possible to customize template/package details displayed in Marketplace, such as template/package label, description etc., as well as the names and descriptions of UI steps and their options. | PFIM-5918 |
It is possible to specify a custom file name for export templates. | PFIM-5969 |
When cluster upgrade finishes, there is an email notification sent to the upgrade requestor and other recipients mentioned in the upgrade request. | PFIM-5998 |
In the Export Pricefx Table to CSV via FTP template, there is a new option "Incremental export" which allows you decide whether the exported file should contain all records or just the newly added ones. | PFIM-6036 |
In the Notifications table there are now filters to allow searching for a specific notification. | PFIM-6050 |
The top-right Notifications section provides now more details for failed deployments: clicking the notification will take you to Deployments Logs (for Packages) or to the Failed Tasks list (for Integration Templates). | PFIM-6054 |
The option to add your own tags which can be used in ELK searches or in monitoring is available only for provisioned IM instances, so it was removed from the UI for manual IM instances. | PFIM-6096 |
Auto upgrade option has been added for clusters using Google as cloud provider. | PFIM-6132 |
When defining an Event Workflow, the following Event Types are now newly supported: | PFIM-6138 |
Fixed Issues
Bug Description | ID |
---|---|
On the Notifications page, the columns are missing sorting and filtering functions. | PFIM-5972 |
The Notifications under an Account are visible only if the "Allow All Alert Options" option in Profile Settings is enabled (which is not the intended behavior). | PFIM-6006 |
When an Account is deleted, the corresponding user rights are removed from individual users but not in User Groups and Asset Groups. | PFIM-6091 |
If a partition label is changed, the value is not propagated correctly from the PARTITIONUPDATE event. | PFIM-6099 |
When creation requests for IM instances are in Pending state, there are still attempts to create instances even though the retry count already reached its limit. | PFIM-6107 |
When you stop/start the IM instance, the notification is not sent due to an exception thrown by InstanceHealthResolverJob. | PFIM-6110 |
Activation email for non-Pricefx users is not properly formatted. | PFIM-6129 |
When deploying an accelerator with the setup-pricefx-optimization-engine step at a partition where the engine is already enabled with some higher limits (CPU, memory), the resources are decreased to default values. | PFIM-6139 |
In some cases, the partition version is not updated in Salesfx. | PFIM-6147 |
In an Accelerator form, the expected value type for filters is String but only Boolean values can be used to filter on originalField.Dimension, so there is a validation failure. | PFIM-6162 |
In Data Upload in the Mapping step, Label and Name of the columns from the partition are not displayed in Pricefx columns. | PFIM-6175 |
When you go to Administration > Feature Flags > Manage Restriction (of any item in the list), fill only "Type" and click Save, you get "Unexpected error occurred" and no other information. | PFIM-6179 |
