Quote Approval
Quotes, like other objects in Pricefx, can have an approval workflow defined (which is set up in Workflow Logics). To approve/deny a quote, the approver needs to open the quote and click either the Approve or Deny
icon.
When e-mail approval is /wiki/spaces/UDEV/pages/4121724604, the approvers are taken to the quote from the email or they can directly approve/deny the quote from the notification email. The content of the approval email is configurable.
The approver has the possibility to provide a reason for approval/denial.
Completely approved quotes can no longer be changed.
There is a single approval process for the entire quote, i.e. there is no separate approval process at the product line level.
