Pricefx Classic UI is no longer supported. It has been replaced by Pricefx Unity UI.
Quoting
The Quoting module allows you to gain control of price and margin during price negotiation.
Quoting supports sales and back office teams with the calculation and simulation of current prices based on the most recent price attributes and parameter values. Proposals, answers to price inquiries and preparations for price negotiations can be created here quickly and efficiently.
To access the module, click Quoting at the top toolbar.
In the list of quotes you have the following options:
- Add
a new folder or new quote.
- Export to Excel
- If a single quote is selected, the XLS file will contain just this quote (and an Excel template is used).
- If no quote is selected, you will get a list of all quotes in a plain XLS file (the same contents as in the table). For the export you can choose to exclude all currently hidden / all hidden Attribute fields.
- If you expect the size of the downloaded file to be large, use the 'Async download' option, which helps prevent the web browser timeout.
- Switch between a simple and advanced filter
