To improve performance, there is now a caching mechanism in `vLookupHierarchic`: tables are not queried if it is already known they are empty or non-existing.	PFPCS-6722
To improve performance, there is now caching for the method `WarningManager.generateErrors()` (since it reads static data).	PFPCS-6745
To improve performance, configurable data size threshold for caching whole tables in `vLookupHierarchic` has been added.	PFPCS-6763
