At the product level, the knowledge base typically refers to the specific information and content related to the particular products and services for Pricefx. This level focuses on organizing and presenting detailed information about the features, functionalities, usage guidelines, troubleshooting, and any other relevant details about the product or service offered. Essentially, it serves as a comprehensive repository of knowledge specifically tailored to support users in understanding and utilizing the product effectively.

By structuring the knowledge base to focus on specific products or services, the chatbot can provide more accurate and targeted information to users. This approach allows the chatbot to offer detailed and tailored support for each product, including features, usage guidelines, troubleshooting steps, and other relevant details. As a result, users interacting with the chatbot can receive more precise and helpful responses related to the products they are inquiring about.

It enables the GenAI chatbot to better understand and address product-specific queries, leading to improved user satisfaction and a more effective support experience. Additionally, the chatbot can leverage this organized information to offer personalized recommendations, product comparisons, and other valuable insights based on the user's specific needs and interests.

  • Integration Manager, facilitates the seamless exchange of data between external systems, such as SAP, and the Pricefx platform.

  • Platform Manager, administration of Pricefx partitions and IntegrationManager instances, including tasks such as connecting to them, monitoring activity, uploading data, setting up user access, deploying templates and packages

  • Modules, components, or features within the Pricefx platform that cater to specific pricing-related needs.

  • Accelerators, rapidly deployable solutions designed to address common pricing challenges.
