Introduction

Learning Pricefx capabilities could be very challenging at the beginning. We offer different tools and guidance to help users get familiar and comfortable with the system’s navigation. Depending on the business role, each user will need a different training journey through the capabilities. Here you will find the right Learning Path for your role to start your Pricefx training journey.

What is a Learning Path?

Learning paths were created to guide the user through their self-learning journey. A learning path will contain links to different sources of information within the Knowledge Base, including steps to navigate in the system as How-To guidelines and video tutorials. Users can also request access to a demo training environment to practice their system navigation. This is a great starting point if you haven’t worked with Pricefx before or if you want to refresh your knowledge about recent updates of Pricefx capabilities.

Pre-Requirements

Before you select your Learning Path based on your business user role, you must complete some pre-requirements. You must get familiar with pricing concepts, terminology, and customer journey.
