The Pricefx chatbot is a reference tool powered by generative artificial intelligence (“GAI”) via a Pricefx-hosted open-source large language model. It aims to facilitate quick and easy navigation of Pricefx’s Knowledge Base so that you can get the most out of your Pricefx subscription.

Though we hope this chatbot will be helpful, this chatbot is in beta release and, like all GAI tools, can occasionally produce responses that are incorrect or misleading. Users should not rely on this chatbot as the single or definitive source of truth concerning the Knowledge Base and should carefully evaluate responses.
