As part of our efforts to maintain the top quality of the Pricefx product and the availability of related technical infrastructure, we will introduce a regular monthly maintenance window as of July 2023. 

It will allow us to execute all the necessary maintenance activities in a single window while keeping it clear and understandable for you regarding planned operational interruptions.

Every full last weekend of a month

  • US and EMEA hosting environments: Sunday 17:00 - 01:00 CT (Sunday/Monday 23/00:00 – 07/08:00 CET)

  • APAC hosting environment: Friday 23:00 - 07:00 SGT (Friday 17:00 - 01:00 CET)

During this time window, you may face temporary interruptions in the availability of the Pricefx application.

This time period should not be taken literally as the application maintenance MAY NOT require the entire 8-hour window.

MediaMarkt Saturn - Every 3rd Sunday of month

MediaMarkt Saturn (MMS) runs in their own GCP project and we do not follow general maintenance window there. We agreed on special window for them (and only for them, we will not allow custom window for any other customer)

  • from 01:00 a.m. (CET) to 09.00 a.m. (CET)” (regardless if it’s a full weekend)
