Shared PROD Maintenance - March 2024

What is this maintenance about?
Pricefx is upgrading and exchanging part of our infrastructure as some components need renewal from a future-proof perspective. During the maintenance, the Pricefx Platform will be unavailable for you.
When is it happening?
To minimize the impact on your day-to-day business operations, we decided to run this maintenance work during the Easter vacation:
Shared Production EU: March 29th 09:00 CETÂ - March 30th 09:00 CETÂ
Shared Production US: March 30th 02:00 CT - March 31st 02:00 CT
What about our integration?
We are not changing anything around Integration in this maintenance window.
Is Pricefx doing backup before the maintenance?Â
Pricefx performs a back-up immediately before the maintenance begins.Â
Does it change anything for us as users?
No, we are not upgrading the PFX version, and we are not changing anything concerning logic/configuration or Integration
What do we need to do?
If you are using Single Sign On (SSO), you would need to issue a new SAML certificate and upload it via Platform Manager. Here’s how.
Do we need to test anything?
No testing is needed. This maintenance work has already been completed on Staging. We do recommend you log into Pricefx and see that everything appears normal.
