Products Based on One Customer
1. Identify The Worst Customer
Component: Customer Insights
Dashboard: Customer Insights - Global View
Portlet: Customer Health Summary
Identify the worst customer. Provide Customer Name and Customer Id.
2. Identify the Worst Products
Component: Sales Insights
Dashboard: Revenue and Margin
Portlet: Per Product Category Chart
In the Dashboard Settings, filter the Customer(s) with Customer Id obtained in the previous step.
Identify the top five worst products that need improvement. Provide the Product Name and Product ID.
Products Based on One More Customers
Similarly, you can select more customers.
