Preconditions

To ensure a seamless and effective experience with the Pricefx Copilot, the following preconditions must be met:

• Caribou Lou 14.0 release deployed

• Analytics capability subscribed and in use

• Sales Insights / Customer Insights / Actionable Insights Accelerators deployed on the partition and upgraded to the required version:

  • Sales Insights: Version 1.13.0 and later

  • Customer Insights: Version 1.11.0 and later

  • Actionable Insights: Version 1.4.0 and later

• To leverage the price setting recommendations, Price Setting capability must be subscribed and in use (optional)
