To ensure a seamless and effective experience with the Pricefx Copilot, the following preconditions must be met:

  • Caribou Lou 14.0 release deployed

  • Analytics capability subscribed and in use

  • Sales Insights / Customer Insights / Actionable Insights Accelerators deployed and upgraded to the latest version

  • To leverage the price setting recommendations, Price Setting capability must be subscribed and in use (optional)
