Server Is Accessible Only with IP Address
When the server is accessible only with an IP address, the current version of the Excel Client will not work because it cannot download XLL libraries from the server. The download URL is written at the server side during the preparation of EC for download to the client-side and contains a hostname.
The solution is to overwrite the required Base URL in the Administration > Configuration > General Settings > Base URL.
