Active Workflows

In this section you can see all of the active workflows where you are involved and their status. After you select a specific workflow, you can see its workflow steps on the right side.

You can download the list of active workflows to Excel with an additional column displaying the current approver.

Note:

• The 'Approvers' column in the Workflow table displays the first and the last name of the user as they are set in the User Management section. If they are not set, the Login Name is displayed. If you want to see both the actual name and the login name of the approvers, add the 'Approver Logins' column to the table (it is hidden by default).
• If you accessed this Active Workflows section by clicking the View Workflow History button in Rebate Records, this section has by default a filter enabled so that the users can see only their records. This filter cannot be changed.
