Price List Detail

After clicking a Price List's ID or name on the overview page, the Price List detail page opens.

The following options are available:

  • Manual Override – If needed, you can manually override the calculated prices by entering a new price in the Manual Override column. The changes are saved automatically. Other linked elements are recalculated based on the newly entered value. Changed fields will have gray background in the table.
The manual override works as a flag – when it is set for an element, the final value of that element is taken from the manually entered value and the calculation of that element does not run at all. If this flag is not set, the final value is the calculated result.
To get the manually entered value, use api.getManualOverride(String elementName).
Field values for which Allow Override is enabled in the calculation logic can also be manually overridden.

  • Create a custom calculated column – You can add a new column and calculate its values using the values of the existing columns. From any column heading's drop-down menu, select the option Add formula column or click the Formula Editor button below the table. The dialog displays all the fields available for your calculation and the result of the formula for the first line item. Click Need help? in the editor for the list of supported functions.
Note that the new columns are created only on the client side, which means you cannot sort, group or filter by them and they will not appear in an Excel download, Excel Client or any other integration request (JSON API).
To edit or remove the formula, use the options available in the column's context menu.

  • View the calculation results for an item – click the Calculation Results  icon in the product's row.

  • Calculate the Price List again (it must be in the Error, Cancelled, Draft or Ready status).

  • View Workflow opens the Workflow window where you can see a summary of all the approval steps. The Submit and Revoke buttons are available depending on the Price List’s workflow status.

  • Mass edit all, filtered or selected data. Allow Override must be enabled for these fields in the calculation logic. Note that you can edit only one attribute at a time.
We have discovered the following issue: PFUN-28172.
Issue – The job status for mass editing a large number of line items was not updated until the calculation began.
Resolution – The Mass edit process has been updated to automatically change the status of Price Lists and Simulations. Initially, the status of the object is set to Processing. If there are items that require recalculation, the status is then updated to Scheduled. If no items need recalculating, the status reverts to Ready.

  • View the details of the selected product.

  • Edit all the manually overridable fields in one dialog.

  • Export the Price List as an XLSX, DOCX (using the Publishing Templates) or PDF file (if PDF publishing is enabled).

  • Delete one or multiple selected items (using the Delete button below the table) or mass delete all or filtered items (using the Mass Delete button above the table).

To modify/add the price list data, you can also use the Excel Client.
