Condition Record Sets

On this page, you can define Condition Record Sets and their structure. A Condition Record Set consists of the defined type of a condition and the condition table.

Create Condition Record Set

To create a new Condition Record Set, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Administration > Configuration > Master Data > Condition Record Sets.

  2. Click Add Condition Record Set.

  3. In the pop-up dialog, define:

    1. Name – A unique identifier of the set.

    2. (Optional) Label

    3. The number of key fields, between 1 and 12. This setting cannot be changed once the Condition Record Set is created.

    4. (Optional) User group entitlements.

  4. Click Add to create the new Condition Record Set.

  5. Click on the name of the Condition Record Set in the list to open it for editing.

  6. In the detail view, you can review and edit the settings of the individual columns. You can edit the label, column styling and in some cases also the data type.

    1. The key fields. Their size is limited due to database restrictions as follows:

      • 1 key - 255 characters

      • 2 keys - 255 characters each

      • 3 keys - 254 characters each

      • 4 keys - 191 characters each

      • 5 keys - 152 characters each

      • 6 keys - 127 characters each

      • 7 keys - 109 characters each

      • 8 keys - 95 characters each

      • 9 keys - 84 characters each

      • 10 keys - 76 characters each

      • 11 keys - 69 characters each

      • 12 keys - 63 characters each

    2. Valid To (date)

    3. Valid From (date)

    4. Unit of Measure (string)

    5. Price Unit (number)

    6. Condition Value (number)

    7. Currency (string)

    8. Attributes 1-30

    9. Created

    10. Created By

    11. Last Update Date

    12. Last Update By

  7. Click Save when you are done with editing.
