Home Page (Configuration)

You can define at the partition level (for all users of the partition) the list of portlets that will be displayed on the Home page.

In the table you can manage the visibility of all available portlets – select the portlet(s) whose visibility you want to change and click the Hide selected or Mark selected as visible button. Your changes are saved automatically.

Note:

• Portlets where you have no access are not shown.

• The settings made here override user’s view preference created on the Home page. For example, if your saved preference includes the Product Quick Search portlet and it is later set as hidden here, it will no longer be visible on the Home page regardless of the saved preference.

• Portlets My ToDo List and My Pending Approvals are shown only if they are populated with some content but you can configure them to be always displayed. However, settings made here in the Home Page section have priority over these advanced configuration options.
