Upgrades Overview

In this section you can see all scheduled upgrades for assets which you have access to. 

Upgrades are done by instances and for each of them you can see its current and target version, upgrade date and responsible person.

Upgrade Status:

  • The last column shows the status of the upgrade: Requested, Approved, Cancelled.

  • Once the upgrade moves to the past, its status changes from Requested to Cancelled and from Approved to Completed.

  • When the status changes to Approved or Cancelled, the user who requested the upgrade and other recipients of the event are notified by email.

This section is visible only with the global permission Instance Upgrades List – read. 

You can also download this list in the CSV format.

 Instance upgrades can be requested on an account level only.

Upgrade Slots

To make upgrade scheduling easier for Ops Teams Managers, there is a possibility to view available time slots that their team members published.

This section is visible only if you have the Instance Upgrades Slots permission.

You can:

  • View all future slots in a table or in a calendar (after you open the detail view). 

  • See the status of the planned upgrade; if there is no plan, the status says "not used". 

  • Export this table to CSV.
