SFTP Servers
An SFTP server is provisioned with each IM instance created in the hosting infrastructure and in this section you will find the basic options to manage this SFTP server.
To access this section you need the Integration Instance - edit permission.
See also an important update on the SFTP solution and SFTP usage guidelines.
The table shows a list of SFTP servers and their name, address, port and status (started, stopped).
In the row menu you have these options:
Start or stop the server (works only for Hetzner instances. IMs in the cloud environment are using LDAP based sftp that does not need to be restarted).Â
Manage users. Here you can manage users entitled to access the SFTP server. You are allowed to:
Add users
Edit users (change password, add/remove SSH keys)
Delete users

Edit User
When editing an SFTP user, you have the following options:
Change User Password – First, click the Clear Password button and then write a new password into the Password field.
Add SSH key – Click the Add SSH Key button and paste the key into the modal window.
Delete User
To delete a user, select the Delete option in the context menu in the User Management screen.
