Schedule 2x Refinement Sessions (1h each), where your task is to get the a better understanding of the requirements together with the right level of details to fulfill the following points

Create an overall diagram describing the End to End Process (e.g. http://draw.io)

Create the Interface Definition File (DRM Template) that would map the provided data into PFX entities

Create a set of User Stories with Acceptance Criteria and PFX Approach that would cover the requirements, with enough technical descriptions so that a CE could pick up those User Stories and implement them

1x Final Session (1h) to defend the solution
