Criteria for evaluating the candidate

Expected outcome of the Final Task:

  • Artifacts:

    • Meeting Minutes of each Refinement Session

    • Overall Diagram

    • DRM file with the interfaces specified

    • List of User Stories with enough details that a CE can start working on them

    • Final presentation of the overall delivery

  • Refinement Sessions:

    • Ideally, the candidate will schedule at least 2 Refinement Sessions

    • The candidate should be comfortable to ask questions and make decisions during these sessions

    •  

  • Look for:

    • Ability of the candidate to drive the Refinement Sessions with confidence

    • The candidate should be able to discuss the requirements and find out all the information related to the Use Case

    • The Use Case is not 100% complete, so the candidate needs to ask questions, be thorough, consistent and diligent with the approach to get all the requirements and needed information

    • PFX knowledge
