As Pricefx constantly updates and changes its offerings, we want to ensure all our partners have the recent knowledge and skills to implement Pricefx successfully.

How does Pricefx training work with partners?

  1. A one-point of contact for ALL training and education topics -@Maroš Grman. Please forward all your requests and questions related to partner training to Maros.

  2. All course schedules and registration links can be found here.

  3. If you need more information about each course, please check individual pages for each class below.

  4. All partner training is a PAID service and will be invoiced after the course registration. For the latest list of prices, please scroll down the page.

  5. The main training portal for all live sessions and certifications is SANA. The access is limited to 3-6 months, depending on the learning path chosen. Knowledge Base is a primary source of all on-demand learning and education on all topics.

Important!

Please be aware of the following guidelines regarding cancellations or rescheduling:

  • For Business User Training (BUT) and Analytics Deep Dive, you can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 7 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

  • For Admin Training, you can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 7 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

  • For Integration Engineering (IE) Training, you can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 7 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

  • For Configuration Engineering Learning Path (CELP) Training, you can cancel or reschedule without penalty up to 3 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

You will find the date for your specific SANA LMS access creation on a registration email confirmation you receive:

If a student's registration is not cancelled or rescheduled in the designated time frame, a penalty fee of 100% will be charged and invoiced to the student's organization.

A student must attend and participate in at least 90% of BUT and Admin training and 100% of CELP and IE courses to be eligible for a certificate of completion and/or to be admitted to exams. Failure to meet this requirement will result in exclusion from the class and/or ineligibility to take the certification exams.
