As part of our efforts to maintain the top quality of the Pricefx product and the availability of related technical infrastructure, we will introduce a regular monthly maintenance window as of July 2023. 

It will allow us to execute all the necessary maintenance activities in a single window while keeping it clear and understandable for you regarding planned operational interruptions.

Every full last weekend of a month

  • US and EMEA hosting environments: Sunday 18:00 - 00:00 CT (Monday 00/01:00 – 06/07:00 CET)

  • APAC hosting environment: Saturday 00:00 - 06:00 SGT (Friday 18:00 - 00:00 CET)

During this time window, you may face temporary interruptions in the availability of the Pricefx application.

This time period should not be taken literally as the application maintenance MAY NOT require the entire 8-hour window.
