Access Management (Partners)
This ticket category is designed for such cases when you need to be granted access to a system that you currently do not have access set up yet.
On the Home Page, select "ACCESS MANAGEMENT" ticket category button:
To successfully fill in this type of ticket, please provide info on these fields:
Subject
Priority
Further Details (with/without images)
System (system where you need access)
Application role (how advanced level of access you need)
After your submission, the ticket flow will be triggered and your new ticket might be moved to another stage - approval phase. Reason behind this is that some systems require approval of the dedicated person while others do not, and this is the case where your request needs to be approved first.
Once approved, you will be notified via email about it too. Then, your ticket will be handled and the requested access granted to you.
