Keyboard Shortcuts for Tables

The following keyboard shortcuts are supported in tables (React version):
Keys | Action |
|---|---|
Arrow keys (Up, Down, Left, Right), TAB, Shift+TAB | Navigate through the tab when a cell is selected (marked). Editable cells automatically open in edit mode when you use the TAB key. |
Enter | In the edit mode confirms the new value. |
Esc | Unmark the current cell or in the edit mode cancel the editing and revert to the last saved value. |
Space | When a cell is selected, selects the whole row. |
Ctrl+C / Cmd+C | Copies the cell content to the clipboard. |
Ctrl+Click / Cmd+Click | Select table columns for multi-level sorting. |
How table rows are selected:
Clicking on a row makes it selected but this deselects all other rows.
Ctrl+Click / Cmd+Click on a row makes it selected but the selection of other rows is preserved.
