In tables, you can set how many items you want to have displayed on a page. The default is 300 items, the other options are 50 and 500 items.
When suitable, you can jump right to a concrete page by entering its number into the Go to field.
Filters, item selection (using checkboxes) and deselection and mass edit work across pages. There is an indication next to the action buttons of how many items there are selected in total.
When you change the pre-selected default value, you can save this setting for the current table as a View Preference.
If you want to change the default for all tables, you can do it in User Settings > Table Pagination. Administrators can set a default value for the whole partition but table view preference and your user setting have priority.
