How to Assign a Price List to a Customer

You can assign a Price List to one or more customers.

1. Select a Price List and click the Assign to Customer(s) button.

2. The Customer Assignments window that opens shows the existing links between the Price List and customers. For new Price Lists, this list will be empty.

3. To create new assignments, click the Add button and pick a customer from the Customer master. You can manually select one or more customers or filter by the values in the Customer ID or Name fields or the attributes (all customers with the same value of the attribute will be selected).

4. Set a priority of Price Lists by double-clicking the Priority field. This is used when a customer is linked to multiple lists which might contain the same products. The highest priority (lowest number) will define the Price List from which the price is retrieved.
