Denial Reasons (LPG)

In this section, administrators can predefine reasons for denial which are then shown to users who deny items in Live Price Grids. These denial reasons are used only for items in LPG, they are not connected to the approval workflow. (When you have an approval workflow, you need to define denial reasons within the workflow logic.)

To add a new denial reason:

1. Click the New button.

2. Enter the name of the denial reason. This name will be displayed to the user.

3. Decide if specifying the denial reason will be required or not – using the Make denial reasons mandatory option.

4. Decide if you want to make the free text field Other available to the user.

5. Click Save.

The maximum of 250 characters applies to the combination of the selected reason and comment.
