Basic overview

Test automation is done in Cypress tool - we are not using tool based on customer preference
Test automation is always on top of regular QA work - needs additional hours for QA Analyst and should be always billable work
We prepare test automation just within Pfx sw, if customer is using other sw (like SAP, SalesForce, …), we are not covering this integration in test automation
If customer is interested in test automation, we can offer demo (up to 1 hour, free of charge). Then we need a real project with properly planned allocation for QA Analyst
