Sets the Custom Form prefix in their name. The default is CFO.

Custom Form page layout allows to use widget "documents". From version 12.0, this widget shows only the documents. Until version 11.3, this widget showed up a page combined from documents and attachments. To keep use the old behavior on system from version 12.0, you must set up the application property customFormUseMultiTabDocuments to true.
