Product References
The Product References table allows you to capture relationships among products – link them together. Then you can easily price the related products.
You create here pairs of products and define how they relate. For example, Product A is a parent of Product AA or Product C is defined as the cross sell product for Product D.Â
Fields to work with:
- Sku – Identifies the product for which you want to create a reference.
- Ref. Part-Id – Identifies the referenced product.
- Reference Type – Identifies the relationship between the two products. This is a free text field, so that you can define your own references as needed. This field can also be left empty if you do not need to distinguish more reference types and the relationship is known by the project team.
- Internal Reference – This field is not used by the application as such; but you can give it your own meaning and use it to mark the references of your choice.Â
You can use the defined references at other places in the application. There is a special function, /wiki/spaces/KB/pages/99572442, which supports searching in Product References.
To modify/add the product references, you can also use the Excel Client.Â
