Deal Approval Workflow

A standard Approval Workflow can be used within the tool.

Common Deal Drivers

A list of configurable Common Deal Drivers including driver category and driver name can be used as a guideline.

Location: Offering step → Common Deal Drivers tab.

Documents Compliance

An overview of all the attached Plan Specific documents (Assesment step -> Documents tab -> Plan Specific) are displayed in a resultmatrix showing its Name, Label, Workflow Status and Type with action buttons (Open, Download) and a Distribution pie chart of the documents statuses.

External Stakeholders

An input matrix allowing to list the external stakeholders containing these columns:

NAME (text input), JOB ROLE (text input), DEAL IMPACT (dropdown), ALIGNMENT (dropdown).

Possible dropdown values:

DEAL IMPACT: Main, Contact, Final Decision Maker, Decision Maker, Influencer
ALIGNMENT: For Us, Against Us, Neutral.

Dashboards Connection

Any of the dashboards supporting relevant functionality (allowing Customer ID mapping) can be embedded within the tool.

Currently only Customer Insights (from version 1.4) is supported: Accelerate Customer Insights Package - Accelerators Documentation in Progress - Confluence (atlassian.net).

During the deployment a user can select which of these dashboards will be embedded witin the tool and customize their label as well.

The dashboards display data for the Customer selected in the Key Information tab:
