SharedLib components used in Plasma packages are from now on stored separately in PlasmaLib. This makes Plasma independent and eliminates the risk of overriding shared components.	PFPCS-6723
In some test cases, the shared EMPTY_MAP variable is passed as parameter and modified in the tested code. It causes unpredictable failures of some other tests that depended on the order of test execution.	PFPCS-6744
