The follow-up cost increase feature has been implemented to help maintain margins by applying cost increase parameters and adjusting list prices based on future costs and predefined constraints.

The cost decrease feature has been implemented, allowing pricing adjustments to reflect lower future costs and ensuring the price remains competitive by applying cost decrease parameters to list prices.

The Definition step includes a second tab – Costs, where optional future costs can be defined. These future costs are used in the optimization problem to define the optimized waterfall.

The user can apply an elasticity model to account for the variation of quantities resulting from list price changes.
