It measures the adherence to the guidelines over time in number of quotes which enables to measure price effectiveness and derive corrective actions for deal guidance and approval processes improvements. A deal is considered as outside guidelines when InvoicePrice ≤ TargetPrice. Otherwise, it fits in. If no TargetPrice is populated, we consider as outside guidelines a deal that went through an approval process, i.e. did not follow a default approval flow for some reason.
