Integration With SAP S/4HANA
In Rampur, we have extended the Endorsed App certification to include SAP S/4HANA integration, in addition to the original certification for SAP Customer Experience integration. This expansion brings new integration templates for providing data from Pricefx to SAP, including customer discounts and prices resulting from approved Agreements & Promotions contracts, as well as accruals and pay-outs related to Rebate Agreements. These enhancements aim to streamline the integration process and offer users more comprehensive capabilities for managing pricing and customer-related data within the SAP environment.
Pricefx SAP S/4HANA Integration is now part of SAP Endorsed Apps Premium Certified apps with added security, in-depth testing and measurements against benchmark results.
New Integration Templates for SAP
Pricefx Agreements & Promotions Integration
In Rampur 13.0 you can update SAP with the customer discounts and prices that stem from an approved Pricefx Agreements & Promotions contract.
You can mapp Pricefx Agreement condition types to the SAP condition types and tables, to ensure that discounts and prices are readily accessible in SAP for pricing future sales orders. This integration will streamline the process and enhance efficiency in managing pricing agreements.

Pricefx Rebates Integration
Streamline the process by implementing automated integration to update SAP with accruals and pay-outs associated with Rebate Agreements. This integration ensures that the financial general ledger is synchronized to account for future liabilities arising from accumulated rebates, facilitating accrual updates. Additionally, pay-outs approved in Pricefx are seamlessly transmitted to SAP as credit memo requests, enhancing efficiency in managing rebate payments. Moreover, any rebate corrections can be conveniently relayed to SAP as debit memo requests.
PlatformManager Enhancements for Rampur
Event Workflows allows now new options to initiate a flow based on defined event combinations, trigger a partition job from Event Workflow, and set up scheduled actions to kickstart specific flows.
Additionally, Data Uploads now support Matrix type Price Lists and provide a convenient feature to generate a permanent link for file placement using an SFTP client.
Integrations are now compatible with all Pricefx cloud providers, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms.
With Rampur we introduced automatically generated documentation for individual routes in Integration Manager which simplifies the process and enhances visibility for efficient integration management.
Knowledge Base Chat
Rampur officially brings the chat feature in the Pricefx knowledge base. Searching for information is much easier now as you can get easily information you need with chat-like experience through our new Gen AI powered chatbot. All the Knowledge Base content is available in the chatbot – business use related as well as technical / configuration related. You can also use additional manual filtering of the content available to make the results even more relevant.
