How to Create Business Role

Aim of this article

This section shows how to create global business roles (= a list of permissions which can be applied to any asset).

Steps:

  1. Go to Account > User Rights > Permissions > Business Role.

  2. Name you business role and confirm it.

  3. Select the appropriate permissions in the list.

  4. Click Save.

Now your business role is ready to be used when assigning permissions to users / user groups at the account level or globally.
