Identify and Mitigate Data Delivery Risks

Data Readiness Manager 

Work with the Business and IT Data Stewards, along with the Project Manager to identify risks associated with the delivery of data  

mitigate data delivery risks

  • A Risk Log is created, updated and maintained on an agreed to frequency

 

Data Readiness Roles:

  • Data Readiness Manager, take time during each session to ask if any new risks have been identified.  Maintain RAID log.  Listen for risks to surface during discussions and point them out right away.

  • Data Readiness Solution Architect, Communicate any potential risks you have identified. Listen to discussions and point out possible risks that you hear.​​
