Data Readiness Roles:
Data Readiness Manager, the completed Data Specification document is the blueprint needed to get representative, complete data for the initial load.
Data Readiness Solution Architect, the ideal case is to freeze the Data Specification Document prior to the start of the first Feature Sprint. We know it will change, but it is good to have a stable specification before configuration starts.
