In the 1.13.0 version we have introduced contextual information for improved analysis and decision-making performed by the Pricefx Copilot.

Key implementations include:

  • Detailed descriptions of the Sales Insights and Customer Insights Dashboards, along with their respective portlets, to provide the Pricefx Copilot with a comprehensive understanding of the data.

  • Enhanced capabilities for the Pricefx Copilot to deliver accurate responses regarding the Customer Insights Dashboards and Customer Health Summary, enabling users to make informed decisions about pricing strategies based on business-oriented recommendations from these portlets.

These improvements ensure that the Pricefx Copilot can provide more precise analyses and actionable insights, thereby supporting users in optimizing their pricing strategies effectively.
