Pricefx provides different training options to Pricefx customers and partners in their learning journey. Our training offers key knowledge about our product, business application, and technical application, and we are trying to align the content with recent product updates.

Training Portal will be upgraded on the first of March to a new platform and will become an instructor-led training and certification-only platform with limited time access tied to our course attendance.

The new registration process will be published in this article on the 6th of February, along with the schedule for the rest of 2024.

We offer a variety of courses for three groups of users: business, admin and technical.

  1. Kick-off training for the stakeholders involved in the Pricefx implementation project. The training covers project best practices, hands-on training on the tool with defined scope, and technical Q&A. This training is required for a smooth project start and better Pricefx tool adoption. The target group is core project stakeholders, key IT and data management users, and decision-makers who will work with the tool.

  2. UAT Training for the solution end-to-end testing user group. The training is designed based on the implemented solution and delivered in a train-the-trainer format for 15 people. The duration of the sessions depends on the project scope. The primary goal of UAT training is to prepare key end-users for UAT testing, which will increase tool acceptance and timely implementation completion.

  3. Solution Adoption training us for developing standard solution onboarding materials like the end-user playbook and end-user training. This training can also be introduced during the company-wide roll-outs in a train-the-trainer format.

Pricefx Self-sufficiency

Once the Pricefx tool implementation is finalized, the customer must handle the tool independentlyMost of the customers do not want to depend on the implementation vendor long term and looking for the ways to maintain and further develop the tool in-house. It is more efficient and practical when the customer has internal resources that know the tool, do tasks around user management and tool configuration (level 1 and level 2 support), and perform minor code corrections and , tool maintenance and step into further development.
