Some of our screens may look different as, for the purposes of this tutorial, we are in a demo environment. This should not deter you from understanding how the system works.

Dashboards

The dashboards available in Sales Compensation allow you not to only keep track and create compensation plans, but also to analyse the results of the calculations and provide Admins, Sellers and Sales Managers with a visual representation.

These are the currently available dashboards in Sales Compensation:

Admin Dashboard

Compensation Dashboard

Payouts and Plans Dashboard

Transaction Dashboard

To access the dashboards, click on Pricefx Dashboards Select dashboard. In the text bar, type Compensation Dashboard. Click on Compensation Dashboard to complete.

In the Dashboard settings you can select the seller and their compensation plan along with a given time period that you are interested in. Click on Apply Settings and the system will display the information in a bar chart.

Visibility

Not all of the 4 dashboards available in SC are visible to all the users. This depends highly on the permissions and user rights as well as the position. So for instance, in the Sellers list in the master data, if you are a manager, you will see only your data and that of your reportees.
