PlatformManager-Setup & Verfication

This will illustrate the sequence of events for new users on gaining access to PlatformManager for the first time and highlight the key communications that will occur.
The PlatformManager administrator will send Invitation to new User.
2. Each new user will then receive an email invitation to setup your PlatformManager password, please be sure to check both your Inbox and Spam folders. The email will look like this:
3. When you click on the link, you can then setup your new account:
4. Then, you will need to input your values and create a new password for your account:
Click on Activate account button.
5. For your very first Login attempt, you will then receive the following request for verification:
6. In order to receive the authentication code, you can use either the Microsoft or Google Authenticator apps to receive the code. Scan the QR code with the app and it will appear with the code.
7. After successful authentication, you will receive your login information:
8. You will receive the temporary password in this email (removed in this example) and can change it when you login for the first time. I will be assigning each of you to the Pricefx Training account within PlatformManager with the ability to work with our training partitions and IntegrationManagers.
