Capabilities (PlatformManager)

PlatformManager capabilities can be categorized into these areas:

• Partition Management

  • Create an empty partition

  • Create simple uploads of customer data into partition master tables (Customer, Product, and Transactions)

  • Request cluster upgrades

• Data Integration Management

  • Ability to create new IntegrationManager instances

  • Create connections for partitions and SFTP servers

  • Create and manage routes for customer data migrating to Pricefx partitions

  • Use of Integration Templates for the scheduled migration of data into our partitions

  • Create connections to 3rd party systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc)

• User Management & Permissions:

  • Add and remove users

  • Assign permission rights for users

  • Create global business roles

  • Configure SSO settings

• Notification & Alerts:

  • Define notification rules for scheduled jobs

  • Create reports with detailed metrics on executed jobs

  • Create workflows for common tasks (partition creation, permission assignments, etc)
