How to Create Agreement/Promotion Revision

Aim of this articleExplains how to create a new revision or version of an Agreement/Promotion.

Steps: 

  1. Go to Agreements & Promotions > Agreements & Promotions.
  2. Select an Agreement/Promotion. 
  3. Click the Create new revision  icon. 
  4. The complete Agreement/Promotion is copied and gets an updated name (id), e.g. C-1093-v2.1. The version number becomes a suffix of the original name (e.g. C-1093) with the version number (e.g. v2.1). In the column 'Name w/o revision' the link to the original name (id) is shown. 

Multiple versions of the original Agreement/Promotion can be created (e.g. C-1093-v2.2 and C-1093-v2.3) and edited. If one version gets approved, the original Agreement/Promotion is Superseded and the other versions are marked as Invalidated. Approved versions can be versioned again (e.g. C-1093-v2.2.1).
